Letter perception. To access this game click on the Go arrow at bottom right. Notice the row of boxed numbers to the right Now look at the circled number in the middle of the rotating circle. Whatever that number is notice how many other examples of that same number are circling around it and enter that number by left clicking with your mouse on the number of your choice.
You may also enter you choice of numbers from your computer

Look first at the red dot in the middle of the screen. Try to look at the (whole) picture with a diffused view. When you see a pair of boxes of the same color, select both of them by left clicking on the matching box in the right row of colored boxes and also left clicking on the matching colored box in the left row of colored boxes.

Wide eyes develop speed reading. I just went back to the Shultz table I had downloaded on my old iMac to see how well I did with it. On the second time through, I again missed one of the smaller changes after a click.
With the older version, it's now clear to me, in general, many fewer numbers are changing with each click of the mouse, which makes it easier to miss a change, and which, I think, makes it more challenging and interesting a game
